Clarity + Nervous System Reset (In Person)

HOW IT WORKS...

This session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for clarity. Most people arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift.

We begin by slowing everything down.

Using a combination of intuitive guidance, energy work, nervous system support, and grounded conversation, I work with you to notice what’s happening beneath the surface — emotionally, physically, and energetically.

As we move through the session, I’ll share what I’m noticing and we’ll work with whatever is present in real time.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

Each session is different, but may include elements such as:

• energy work + nervous system regulation

• guided conversation + intuitive insight

• grounding + meditation

• light sound work or tarot (when supportive)

After your session, I may offer simple, supportive practices to help you integrate what came up - journaling, reframing, or grounding tools.

During the session, you may experience:

• emotional release

• sensations of heaviness or lightness

• warmth or coolness

• tingling or subtle movement

(or sometimes very little, all of it is normal)

• 90 mins | $189+ GST

*Located in my in-home studio in St. Albert ranging in length from 75 to 90 minutes. Cancellations with less than 24 hour’ notice or no-shows are subject to a $199 fee.

In-Person Kids + Teens

Kids and teens can carry a lot — anxiety, pressure, big emotions, stress, and experiences they may not always have the words to explain.

These sessions offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, reconnect with themselves, and work through what’s showing up in a way that feels comfortable and age-appropriate.

Sessions may include gentle energy work, grounding, conversation, mindfulness, and intuitive support depending on what they need that day.

45–60 minutes | $105 + GST

Located at my in-home studio in St. Albert. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are subject to a $105 fee.
