Clarity + Nervous System Reset (In Person)

HOW IT WORKS...

This session is designed to bring your nervous system back online so you can access clarity again. Most people come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift. Mentally, emotionally, or physically.

We begin by slowing everything down.

Using a combination of intuitive guidance, energy work, and grounded conversation, I work with your body (not against it) to help release what’s been held and reconnect you to yourself.

As I move through your energetic field, I’ll share what I’m noticing; sensations, patterns, or messages that come through — and we’ll work with whatever is present in real time.

This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating the conditions for your system to feel safe enough to shift.From there, clarity comes naturally.

Each session is different, but may include elements such as:

• energy work + nervous system regulation

• guided conversation + intuitive insight

• grounding + meditation

• light sound work or tarot (when supportive)

After your session, I may offer simple, supportive practices to help you integrate things like journaling, reframing, or grounding tools.

Nothing overwhelming. Just what your system actually needs.

During the session, you may experience:

• emotional release

• sensations of heaviness or lightness

• warmth or coolness

• tingling or subtle movement

(or sometimes very little, all of it is normal)

• INVESTMENT- $189+ GST to be paid at time of service

In-Person Kids + Teens

Children receive the same benefits as adults from these energy sessions! As a mother and teacher, I see the rise of the anxious child.  This is a tool to help children let go of stuck energies within their bodies as well.  Parents stay right beside as I help your little one navigate and process some of their stuck energies.

INVESTMENT- $105 + GST for kids
